Annual Claim Amounts

Some of the benefits have individual or combined maximums as indicated in the following section, 'Covered Extended Health Care Expenses'; however, there are also overall annual maximums that may affect you.

*Including those senior Members whose Statement of Insurance Benefits indicates 'Grandfathered Fraternal Benefits' only and who do not qualify for coverage under one of the benefit levels indicated above.

The claim reimbursement maximum for each insured dependant is the same as the Member's maximum.
