Submitting Claims

Claims Submission Deadline

May 31st is the last day for submission of Extended Health Care and dental care claims which were incurred in the previous Benefit Year.

The following deadline applies:

• Claims incurred after March 1, 2011 for the Benefit Year March 1, 2011 - February 29, 2012 must be received by AFBS or post-marked on or before May 31, 2012.
